Temperature controlled in the laboratory Pharmaceutical Intelligent Bluetooth HACCP temperature and humidity data logger

When products are exposed to the wrong temperature, their quality can no longer be guaranteed. This is even more important for the pharmaceutical, cosmetics and food industries, since consumers' lives can be threatened by the effects of temperature on products and their components, such as degradation, altered efficacy and taste, and spoilage. In the pharmaceutical industry, regulations have been established to protect patients and provide safe, effective products with guaranteed quality. As part of product risk assessment, the required temperature range is defined, among other parameters, to guarantee product quality.

Ambient temperature for laboratory use should be 20-25°C. The average kinetic temperature should not exceed 25°C, although deviations between 15 and 30°C are tolerated. Temporary peaks of up to 40°C are also tolerated, provided they do not exceed a duration of 24 hours. Peaks of over 40°C are permissible if authorized by the manufacturer.
