The temperature and humidity requirements of the production workshop of the candy processing factory: the temperature is 22~26 degrees, which is the best temperature for machine operation and the most comfortable temperature for workers, and the humidity is 30%RH~70%RH, which is mainly to ensure that the ingredients maintain the best moisture.
In most cases, the candy warehouse should be maintained at 50°–65°Fahrenheit (10°–18°Celsius) with humidity below 50%, both of which should be monitored and recorded regularly.
