Stainless Steel High Temperature Rugged Data Logger for Dyeing Process
Dyeing is an important process in textile and cloth processing. It is the process of giving textile materials a certain color by physically or chemically combining dyes with fibers.
In production practice, cotton and viscose blended knitted fabrics are usually dyed at around 95°C, while silk knitted fabrics are dyed at a relatively low temperature, ideally 60℃~90℃. Temperature monitoring is critical to ensure the quality and efficiency of dyeing.
Our Iron Tag rugged data logger is a stainless steel temperature data logger for harsh environments, and will be an ideal instrument to monitor and record the temperature changes in dyeing. It covers a temperature range of -90℃~+60℃/ -40℃~+125℃/-50℃~+150℃ and comes with a stainless steel case, of IP 68, resistant to high temperature and pressure and submersible to the dye liquor. Besides, it is powered by the built-in battery, able to work independently without any other power supply.
This stainless steel temperature data logger can prevent moisture and dye infiltration, to ensure the normal operation of the device and data safety. And the recorded data can be used to analyze anomalies in the dyeing process, helping users better learn of and improve their dyeing process and improve their production efficiency.
